RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase! 

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for STORE CREDIT Only.

Returns must be 30 days within the delivery date. 
After the product is returned, received into our warehouse and passes inspection, you will receive a refund in the form of a store credit. 

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. ONLY REFUNDS IN STORE CREDIT. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused,with it’s original packaging

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We not do offer free returns, it must be at your own cost! Any shipping costs paid are non-refundable.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

FINAL SALE/ MARK DOWN SALE ITEMS

All sales items and items purchased during promotional periods are Final Sale And Ineligible Returns. 

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 

Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items marked as Final Sale are non-refundable, non-exchangeable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about specific items. 
We cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

LOST OR STOLEN RETURNS 

Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undeliverable returned parcels. Once you purchase an item, the risk of loss and title for the items passes to you upon our delivery of the product to the carrier for initial delivery. 

If you insured your order with ROUTE at checkout, you are able to file a claim with them to get your Lost/Stolen products replaced or reimbursed! Shipping issues for packages marked “delivered” yet not received, can be approved no earlier than 5 days after the “delivery date” and no later than 15 days to ensure it was not mis delivered or easily found around the premises. You can file a claim with beautifylashsupply@gmail.com. 

RETURNS PROCESS

To request a return for an eligible item, please email beautifylashsupply@gmail.com. All customers need to arrange postage at their own cost for change of mind returns. 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’re received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on a BEAUTIFY LASH SUPPLY GIFT CARD for the amount of the return.
